-This one seems obvious, but I didn't figure it out until a few days ago so I'm writing it down! If you make a baked potato and it's too hot to peel you can dunk it in ice water to cool the outside while the inside is still hot. Baked potatos have gone from a nearly impossible spoon drain to a mild spoon drain on a good day.
